How much does it cost to rent an event space in Warsaw?

At WOLF, Marszałkowska 89 (Warsaw city center), rental starts at PLN 3,500 net for 4 hours. The ground-floor space for up to 100 guests is PLN 6,000 net / 4 h, the chill zone with the 760 m² terrace — PLN 8,000 net / 4 h, and the entire event floor with the terrace (up to 90 guests, exclusive use) — PLN 10,000 net / 4 h or PLN 17,000 net for a full day. How many guests fit in the largest space?

Up to 100 on the ground floor. The space with the terrace and chill zone takes up to 90 guests, the space with the foyer up to 80, and the intimate one with terrace access up to 40. Six meeting rooms handle groups of 6–12 and usually run in parallel with the main part.

Is the terrace available all year round?

The terrace is seasonal — from spring to early autumn. May and June dates book up fastest, so for an event planned in season it's worth asking a few months ahead. Off season, the indoor spaces operate as usual.

Can we hold an event on a weekend or in the evening?

Yes. Standard access covers business days 9:00 AM–6:00 PM; weekend and evening events are arranged in advance for an additional fee — an afterparty or a company dinner ending late is not a problem. You can send an inquiry any day.

Do you provide catering?

Yes. We have on-site kitchen facilities and catering from coffee breaks to dinner. The menu is tailored to the event format — different for a business breakfast than for a company evening with the terrace.
